E2A delivers intelligent email automation to Salesforce. E2A can send emails to any Salesforce object. It scans inbound emails for pertinent data, sends them to the relevant object and then, depending on whether a matching record exists, creates a new record or updates an existing one. The advanced email client ensures that any outgoing emails are tagged with a unique thread ID, so any responses come right back into Salesforce against the same record. E2A use cases include Email to Lead, to Case, Support Requests, IT/HR “tickets” and much more.
Q-assign is a sophisticated Lead and Case assignment engine. In fact, beyond Leads and Cases, QA can assign any record in any object to any agent or queue using intelligent assignment rules. Scoring-based rules enable QA to match and assign by skill, experience, product, language, territory, product, account, last contact, time zone and many more criteria. Simpler assignment rules can match agents to tickets by availability, load, or Round Robin.
